Thank you for playing LASER NINJA (the "Game"). This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Please read it carefully.

Who we are

Information we collect

The Game is designed to collect as little data as possible.

• Gameplay data stored on your device. High scores, unlocked ships, crystal balance, achievement progress and game settings are stored locally using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device unless you opt into Game Center.
• Game Center (optional). If you sign in to Game Center, Apple shares your Game Center nickname with the Game so leaderboards and achievements work. Leaderboard scores and achievement progress are stored by Apple under the Game Center privacy policy. We do not receive your Apple ID, email, or real name.
• Purchases. In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We receive only the anonymous product receipt needed to unlock the item you bought; we do not see your payment details.
• Crash and performance data. iOS may share anonymized crash and performance reports with Apple, and with us through Apple's standard reporting, if you have opted in to sharing diagnostics with developers in iOS Settings. These reports do not identify you personally.

We do not collect:

• Your name, email, phone number, or address.
• Your precise location.
• Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA). We do not run third-party ads or trackers.

How we use information

We use the limited information above only to:

• Run the Game on your device (save progress, unlock purchased items).
• Provide Game Center leaderboards and achievements (if you opt in).
• Diagnose crashes and improve the Game.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Children's privacy

LASER NINJA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Game does not include targeted advertising, chat, or user-generated content.

Your choices

• Game Center. You can enable or disable Game Center at any time in iOS Settings → Game Center.
• Delete your data. Uninstalling the Game removes all locally stored progress. Game Center leaderboard entries can be managed through Apple.
• Diagnostics. You can turn off sharing of analytics with developers in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Third-party services

• Apple Game Center — leaderboards and achievements. Governed by Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy/
• Apple App Store / StoreKit — in-app purchases. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the App Store release notes.
